Alright I'm in a bit of a dilemma and decided to consult the professionals.
So we're 100% out of crickets.
It snowed a half foot and the roads are icy and my parents won't drive me anywhere because of the conditions. The only place with crickets I know of is 20 minutes away, and with all the ice and stuff on the highways it's not safe. We ordered crickets online two days ago so they should be here tomorrow or on Monday, but now we're not sure if the trucks will be able to get through (it's supposed to snow another foot tomorrow night and is snowing nonstop until then and for the rest of the week).
My beardie is about 7-8 months old. Will he be okay for one day while we try to find a solution? I can get him greens we're just out of insects. My mom suggested going to Walmart and seeing if they have freeze dried crickets or something like that. Would that work??
Any suggestions are appreciated because I have no idea what I should do. Thank you.
