Help! Beardie walking on the side of its front legs

I have a almost 1 year old beardie who's toes twitch and she walks on the sides of her front legs. I don't know what to do! I looked and up and it said stargazing syndrome but she doesn't have sezuirres or looking up at the sky. She has normal stool and a warm cage. Please help im so scared!
