Really hard to tell from the pic.

I know it looked better on the photo app. In person it looked red.
I can't tell either. It could be just red from food too. Sometimes a little blood comes through if they strain but isn't a huge deal unless it continues regularly. I'd keep a close eye out for more and just monitor for now.
