At 2 years old he should be eating mostly veges. Offer a nice big salad every day using 2-3 items from this list depending on what is fresh at the store http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html
Offer a bug meal once or twice per week. Give him all he wants in about a 10 minute window or until he loses interest.

I highly recommend this as your guide : viewtopic.php?f=18&t=236074 , if the dragon is not keen on the veg and salad, use these to gutload the crickets or roaches or locusts (will get them without knowing it's getting them).
