Bearde acting weird? please help

My beardie the past 3 or so days has been running around like crazy, bobbing and bumping his head against the glass and scratching the sides ever so often. He is still eating. His poop has been very frequent and kind of runny. His tank is between 97-105 degrees. When he calms down for a bit he has been basking.
His tank is too small but I am working on a bigger one but he has been in this his whole life (6 yrs) so, I don't see why it would bother him now? (I adopted him from my sister from a sister about 8 months ago so, I am working on getting his proper stuff it has been a process.)
He has a Reptisun basking bulb and a Reptisun t10 10.0 UVB. So his lighting is just fine. We have been taking him out to let him run around a lot. He is peeling so we've been giving him baths but his usual peeling behavior is to drag himself and that is not what he has been doing. Does anyone have any ideas what's wrong with him?

Update he has pooped 4-6 times in the past 3 ish days, twice today already.

His cool side is usually about 80-87 his temperature seems to be broken though so, I have to buy I new one for that side on Friday cause I don't have money till then though the temp on that side never seems to really fluctuate so it's probably still between 80-87. Sidenote there is usually a water dish in there I just forgot to put it back in. Also, he will have these like 2-10 min periods where is super calm and like basks or just sits there and then he starts back up again.

Can you get a full body pic of him ? Is his beard black ? And BTW, did he go through a period of brumation or any dormancy ?

No his beard isnt black and no he has not gone through any brumation or like idle period

What types of foods has he been eating?
He looks pretty alert in the pictures. Please review your tank setup with us, just so we can be
sure it is all correct for him.
You will need to get a digital probe or temp gun to measure the temperatures to be sure it is
accurate since the temperatures are very important for overall health.
It is possible he has hit puberty, where his hormones are elevated right now. It sounds like he is
very active & healthy thus far.

Yes it is a long tube. He is eating dandelion greens, escarole, butternut squash, collard greens and green beans and crickets for a staple. I cannot afford a temp gun at this point in time unfortunately but I can try on Friday. I don't believe it's puberty as I said in the original post he is 6 yrs old

Though to note he was majorly unhealthy under my sisters care for 5 yrs and is now in the past yr getting healthy and growing. Could his malnourishment have stunted his development? Resulting in him just now hitting puberty?

Ha, sorry, I mistyped. I meant to say breeding, since he is older. Has he not ever gone through
a more active type of behavior during breeding season? In the winter, to spring, a lot of the males
exhibit a higher energy level when they come out of a brumation phase.
Is he maintaining weight, or, losing weight?
They can definitely have stunted growth if their care isn't optimal in their early years. Has he gone
through growth spurts recently?
You will definitely need to find a way to more accurately measure his temperatures to ensure he is
staying warm enough in his basking area.

I agree that he could just be going through an active phase. My guy just came out of brumation and is running all over and going nuts. He did this last year too right after brumation. It lasted a month or so and then he calmed back down and started eating normal amounts again.
