Clicking noise and puffing URI?

Hiya! My beardie is 9 months old and has been making a strange clicking sound and a puffing noise !

I'm incredibly concerned, he is otherwise alert and eating brilliantly, he's very active and playful but this noise seems to be a symptom of a URI

He is on slate tile with a basking spot of 37° and a 10% UVB bulb. He is eating all of his greens which are pok choi, choi sum, basil and spring greens. His feeders are locusts, crickets and dubias

Hello,

Do you hear the clicking noise all during the day or just a certain time
of day?
What type/brand of UVB light do you use & what are the temperatures
in the tank? The 10% UVB, which brand is it?
If you have pictures of him, along with your tank setup just so we can
see his condition & lighting placement.
As a precaution, you can go ahead & keep the tank a little warmer over
night, around 80 or so, which can help boost the immune system.

Let us know how he is doing.
