How to get a tank to the right temps

So we just had to fork out the money on another 120 gallon tank cause our landlords contractors cracked the glass on ours however we do need help getting the right temperatures with this new one as we are using a 150 watt basking bulb and a heat Matt but can't seem to get the temps over 80f any advice would be appreciated

Show us photos or the URLs for the thermometers you are using. Some are much better than others (accuracy wise).

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
