Bearded dragon gulping every once in a while

Hi, my bearded dragon will randomly just gulp/ do a swallowing motion and I’m wondering why. Like I’ll just be sitting with her and she just randomly just keep her mouth closed and gulp without opening her mouth. Confused, any reason why? Thanks

Hello,

What type of gulping, are you talking about pushing his beard out when basking, or a breathing
issue?
Do you have any type of picture with him doing this?

She doesn’t seem to have a breathing issue, she just like pushes her beard out and does like a swallowing motion I guess

Does it look like she is getting ready to shed?
Beardies will often do that when shedding to stretch out the skin

She is shedding her back and a little on her face. Like her snout (like bearded dragons have snouts) lol.... her nose
