My dragons poop everyday

Okay my dragons seem to be very healthy and hearty eaters. They poop everyday. Just making sure that is a good thing or a sign of something not good. Poop is solid and dark, with a little liquid ( which is clear, I'm guessing its pee ). Any input would be appreciated.

means they are on a schedule and eating well, its all good.

My beardie pooped twice today so I think it's normal for hearty eaters (he's a juvenile on a growth spurt and I guess all those crickets have to go somewhere). I'm a bit jealous of people with dragons who wait longer because he can clear the room when it's under the heat lamp!
