My daughter's bearded dragon, Mushu, started with a spot on his back a few days ago and it has continued to get bigger. I thought he was starting to shed but now I'm not so sure. Love any experienced opinions on the matter!! He can't be sick on my watch!

Probably a patch of irregular shed, but can you get a pic in better light ? Also can you post pics of the set up + how the light shines in the tank ?

That looks like a shed patch to me as well. As long as the basking light is well out of reach it isn't likely a burn.

Hello,

I agree, it looks more like an irregular patch of shed than a burn, really. Has it stayed the
same or has it gotten larger at all?
Is he eating normally for you?

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
Taking my beardie for a walk
