Dosage for Vitamin B1?

Going to be buying some Vitamin B1(http://www.naturemade.com/vitamins/b-vitamins/vitamin-b1-100-mg#IymRqYsGhFQFXpey.97) to hopefully help combat tremors/muscle spasms my girl is having, does anyone know dosage instructions for it?
She's 510g and 10 years old.

You could let her lick some Vegemite off the end of your finger .... Vegemite is a very rich source of VitB1.

Are you sure it's a B1 deficiency and not inadequate UVA ? Has this been diagnosed using blood tests by a reptile vet or are you guessing ?

My girl Rex had a brief period of head shivers and tremoring when I failed to keep track of how old her UV source was , replaced with brand new and the problems went away in only a few weeks.

I am not sure it's b1 deficiency but it's narrowing down to that.
