Hey, i've noticed my beardie being more tired lately so decided to switch to a reptisun 10.0 20W UVB tube. Is it okay setup like this and also this close to the beardie?

That's a 24'' T8 bulb. How far is it above the basking area? At the very least I would get a reflector for it so it will direct more light downward. They have best output between about 6-8'' but aren't very effective beyond that. Better suited for small enclosures. Is that one of the Exo Terra tanks? You might be better off using a higher output T5 fixture and bulb in a larger enclosure.

7 inches is OK if you have a reflector. I would use a T5 in the long run though. I have the same tank and use this http://www.lightyourreptiles.com/22-t-5-ho-fixture-high-output-with-arcadia-d3-12-ho-bulb/ which produces UVB levels closer to natural sunlight when mounted right on top of the tank.

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
