Bearded dragon looking sluggish and doesn’t move

My bearded dragon Ceasar has recently just stopped moving he doesn’t move much anymore I took him to the vet change his heat and his diet even got shots for him and he’s still in this paralysis state and doesn’t eat much and doesn’t drink much either please help i don’t know what to do

I am sorry your dragon is having trouble. Can you review your tank setup with us, such as
the type/brand of UVB, the temperatures, supplementation & substrate used along with the
diet your dragon has.
Can he support himself on all fours, climb & walk normally or not?
Feel free to post pictures of him & the tank setup, too so we can see exactly how everything
is all arranged for him.

I would post pictures but I don’t know how but I use a basking bulb of 150 watts and the same with the uvb bulb and on the cool side I only use a 100 watt he doesn’t move and he’s cold he just lays with his arms back and doesn’t move he’s now dead however he does react I used to feed him mustard greens with calcium and super worms and he just doesn’t eat I’m really worrries and don’t know what to do the vet gave him shots but he is still down

Ceasar certainly sounds like he is in trouble and needs intervention, quickly. Without more background information, and photos, it is impossible to give more advice. However, with any sick animal, heat and hydration are of primary concern during a health crisis. When The immediate crisis is over, and he is warm and hydrated, it will be time to address his overall care, like heating, lighting, UVB, and nutrition. What tests did the vet give? What were the test results? What shots did Ceasar get? Was it a vet that specialises in reptile care? There are many possible causes of weakness, lack of appetite, and sluggishnes, including brumation (which is natural and not usually a health crisis) disease, injury,, metabolic issues, UVB deficiency...the list goes on. More info is needed, to make any guess about cause, or any specific recommendations.I woild not hesitate to return him to a good reptile vet asap.

Poor guy, I'm sorry he's so ill. Did you add extra heat because he became sluggish ? And as Dezismom asked, what shots did the vet give him ? How many heat bulbs do you have and did you have the 2 heat bulbs before he got sick ? I just ask because 250 watts of heat is a lot.

His problem could also be related to the coil uvb, they aren't strong enough to give him enough uvb rays and so he can't absorb calcium without it. That would cause extreme lethargy after a while but I think that he's overheated as well.Try dripping some water on his snout for ad drink. Do it slowly + wait long enough to give him a chance, just a few drips, then stop, then repeat.

Yes I looked up his heat and it was way off so I added heat thinking maybe it solve the problem he was given a b1 shot and a b1 shot and a vitamin A shot as well, I have 2 heat bulbs and one UVB right now the 150 is on the heating side to the left and the 100 is to the right an no I didn’t I added the 150 thinking it would help the heat in his tank and I did try the drip method he didn’t even budge over and over again so I found a way to force give him water not to much but enough to where I can see he’s haveing an intake due to the drip snout method having no prevail
