Light fixture buzzing

I Have a sunblaze 24 watt t5 ho light fixture with a reptisun t5 10.0 ho bulb,
Is this brand known for buzzing or what could possibly be wrong? I have it on a surge protector but it has hummed ever since we got it. Is this damaging my bulb? No visible damage to the bulb from the looks of it

Hello,

The fixture probably should not be humming. Have you noticed whether or not the T5 light
is flickering at all?
I know that our light fixtures don't hum. Where did you purchase the light fixture from?

No flickering, we got it 4 months ago from amazon brand new
