I have a 9-10mo beardie that's always been super active & hungry. Over the past week he's sleeping in longer, having decreased appetite, & being picky about what he does eat. One or two days he stayed in his bed hidden under the blanket all day. He's eating his veggies a little, refusing dubias & BSF, but just devoured 2 hornworms and some squash baby food. Someone told me that you shouldn't let a Juvie bruminate but does all this sound okay for his age? Wasn't sure if I needed to quit bugging him or what to expect ?

It's possibly brumation. Have you seen other signs of illness such as black beard or weight loss? If not, then I'd probably jut let him be for now and keep a close eye on him.

Mine is the same age as yours, and is doing THE EXACT thing. We just came back a week ago from vacation and having him boarded, and a couple days later he started all this. He acted the same as yours before and doing the same now. We are keeping an eye on him, but letting him be now.

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
Taking my beardie for a walk
