I give my beardie Steve bell peppers because it's the only green hell eat but now it gives him runny poops. Should I stop?

Maybe for a while if it's upsetting his stomach. They have pretty high water content but are good to offer as part of a salad. Try offering some other items in his salad and see what he likes. Try some different greens as well as maybe some squashes (also high in water content) or some chopped up green beans and see how that goes.
