Closing eyes while bath

hello!
Mine dragon does that in the bath too! It could be him relaxing or enjoying the heat of the water. Just make sure the water isn't too warm because some dragons I've heard are fussier than others. I notice that if I fill my sink too deep my dragon hates it so shoulder level should be alright. Don't worry too much:) btw u have a very cute beardie

No problem! The whole new beardie mom thing has been driving me nuts too! As long as his eyes aren't red or have fog/pus in them, it should be completely fine?

Hi RL...closing their eyes can also [ more often ] mean they are a bit scared/annoyed and waiting for this experience to be over. See how he is kind of holding his breath at the same time ? So he's actually a bit stressed but not so much that he's freaking out or hyper-ventilating.

Some beardies do the same when being petted on their head....they really don't like it so the close their eyes + tolerate it until it's over.

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
Taking my beardie for a walk
