Does he still look as bad as he did in that picture? Is he still coughing?

Any breathing issues noted?

Would you be able to post a couple new pics of him? We just want to make sure all is ok. They usually don't cough unless something is wrong, a URI, possible pneumonia from aspirating, etc.

They are good at hiding their illnesses a lot of times, then it can sometimes be too late to be able to help them.

All of his symptoms add up to his being overheated, like a heatstroke. Early in the thread you mentioned that his daytime temp. was 122 and his night temp. was 90. That will definitely bring on heat stroke type of symptoms. Also the fact that his beard was black and he drank a lot. He may be O.K after a while or he may have some permanent damage. He will probably always be sensitive to high temps. now, be sure his basking temp. stays no more than 100, and there must be a cooler end around 75-80. Night time should be ideally around 70. Being housed in too high temps. can also cause respiratory distress, but not necessarily an actual R.I.

Just took him to the vet today and they gave him some medicine. When I went to syringe feed his medicine his eyes were puffy so I went to lightyear touch around the eyes and some type of liquid puss came out i don't know what it is.

they gave him 2 things of food to syringe feed until he eats on his own. And an antibiotic. They said if he doesn't feel any better I gotta take him in for bloodwork. His eyes were always swollen when he started being sick

Well the girl that was seeing my buddy Spyro wasn't a specialist other wise she wouldve done blood work.

Have you lowered his temperatures? I would take him in again for bloodwork to make sure his organs are functioning properly. I agree that it is likely heat stroke or some sort of permanent damage due to the prolonged excessive temperatures.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
