I've noticed everyone talking about crickets, I've been feeding him Locasts. Are these ok he seems to like them.

If he likes locusts, go for it. They're a good staple feeder and popular in the UK. They aren't allowed in the US so you'll hear us talking more about crickets and dubia roaches.
