Infected spike or more serious?

Hello everyone. I noticed the other day that one of my beardies had a spike that looked a little raised so I put some chlorohexidine on it. It appears that over night he hit something and has made is worse. I am praying it is not a fungus as I treated for one back in April but not I the same area. Does anyone have any insight to my picture? Thank you so much!

Hi there, it doesn't look fungal, looks more like an infection or maybe even a small cyst. Do you have an experienced reptile vet to get it checked ? Hopefully it's something easily treated.

I can make my way to one. I have cleaned it and put bag balm on it for now. I'm glad to hear someone doesn't think it looks fungal but I wasn't ruling it out just in case, since I have another dragon.
