Fed sick beardie baby food with citric acid

Oh my!
Poor puddle (my 2 year old beardie) is having a rough summer.
He had cocidia and has had two doses of dewormer, but lost his apatite and injured his leg.
We've been trying to get him to eat; he is not interested in his super worms but will eat his greens blended through a syringe.
Yesterday we got a butternut squash pear baby food pouch for him, and we were feeding it to him when my daughter freaked b/c it has citric acid. We stopped feeding it to him, but should i add this to my list of worries?

The small amount of citric acid in the baby food isn't harmful. Its a very common and safe additive.

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
