extremely sad obsession

My baby girl Jerri...I have had her for 3 days now. I get her out often to help build a strong bond...but after I do not hold her for over 2 hours she gets extremely dark and get lots of stress marks. This is really bad considering I am going back to school on Monday, This means I only get to hold her for like five minutes in the morning and for a while at night. Is there someway I can get her used to not being held and get used to being alone?? She refuses to get off my hand at night to go to sleep. As soon as I see her dark stress marks I usually take her out to destress her and after a few minutes she turns white belly and the marks disappear...HELP!!! IDK HOW TO MAKE HER NOT STRESSED WHEN IM NOT AROUND!! :( :( :(.

P.S, she is napping on me right now >.<

Setup:
40 gallon tank
18 inch UVB 15 watt
100 watt heat/light lamp
has around 3 crickets in morning and 12 at night
that is just the heating and food schedule. She refuses to eat veggies, takes baths and drink water.
she also has a warm heating pad that is on at night.

"Stress marks" don't always mean stress, and coloration can be effected by quite a few factors. (Such as trying to warm up.)

How old (or big if you don't know age) is she?
What are your temps like? (Hopefully your heat pad is on a thermostat)

Make sure her setup is on point (especially the temps) and that she has places in her enclosure to feel secure and she should be fine. (Also, If she is very little excessive handling will prohibit her from thermoregulating/basking.)

OMG IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW !!!! :D :D xD
I got her from petsmart...they did not know what age she was but I am guessing aroung 2 months (a real baby lol)
temp on cool side is about 78F-85F
hot side is 96F-105F
at night the whole tank is 76F
humidity is 40% (cant get it any lower since i live in the south lol)
she has 3 hides, she only gets in 1 and it is when i put her in it at night.
the mat is not hot, and it never really does get hot, it is only warm but not cold. 78F i guess.
hope this info helps

has around 3 crickets in morning and 12 at night <<< I recommend reversing that , 12 in am , 3 - 4 in pm.
that is just the heating and food schedule. She refuses to eat veggies, takes baths and drink water.
she also has a warm heating pad that is on at night.<<<< that's fine, all mine have home made thermostat controlled heatslabs , beardies set to 36oC , that is under their hides and runs 24/7 and all love them viewtopic.php?f=75&t=224976 .

You are lucky that you got a little beardie who is very people orientated and enjoys snuggles - Peppa was like that from the getgo, Toothless took several months to become a smooger.

She will soon adjust to being alone during the day.
I wouldn't worry about that.

Are the 15 crickets a day all she'll eat, or all you are offering her? For a 2 month old dragon, that is not a lot.

Oh crap...I did not realize that was an issue. But to answer your question that is all she will eat...it is only an estimation though.
Could it be because relocation stress??? It has only been 4 days since she got here. :?

Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
