Hello everyone, My 8 month old male beardie, used to be active and chase crickets, now he just sits in his hammockall day long. Ill put superworms in a bowl and he wont come down to get them, but hell eat them if I feed him by hand. Any ideas why hes acting different. Its been going on now for about month I think RKeene

Yep, they can become just that lazy. I had to cut back feeding mine to get her to come down and eat her salad and bugs. On a other note, save the superworms for an occasional snack since they are too high in fat. Go for dubias, crickets, black soldier fly larvae, and silkworms and provide a good quality salad with veggies.

Where Daisy stays most of the day.

Proof that she can move.

Sound's like my Peppa, and Rex too.... both loves a snuggle too , and both love handfeeding by daddy ....
Toothless on the other hand , crickets don't last long when he sees them ... and he's a livewire.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
