weird lump on bearded dragon

I've had my dragon for about 4 years now.2 years in i started to notice a weird bump on her back.i didn't think much of it until a few months later.it got bigger,and bigger. now it's just a medium sized bump on her back. it also has skin that hasn't shed off yet stuck on there, and i'm afraid to touch it in fear i might hurt her. any help would be appreciated

How long has the lump been there? Do you remember if there was an injury in that area possibly, or a cricket bite?
It could be an abscess which is somewhat common when skin/scale injuries happen & become infected.

Hello,

I think that will likely be an abscess of some type. It could be from a bite or an injury where a few scales got damaged then infected.
You can try putting manuka honey on it or raw unpasteurized honey either one to see if if helps out with any inflammation or swelling. I would try to see a vet to get it analyzed. Reptiles harbor skin infections much differently than humans do.
Otherwise, the body condition based on the pictures, looks good overall. Does it seem to be bothering her?
