Bearded Dragon Dark Eyes!?!

My bearded dragon has dark circles under his eyes. I've looked everywhere online and only found dehydration as a possible cause. We have tried giving him baths and spraying him yet the circles are still there. They are not always present, moreso when we take him out of his tank or when he is in the bath. His behavior hasn't changed too much. I did move him recently to my parents for winter break. He is in the same tank with the same set up, just a different room. We haven't spent the same amount of time with him as we usually do, but we have still been getting him out once every day or every other max. He has been fed pellets since we got him, so no change in food or in tank temperature. He still eats the same amount, maybe more than usual. Help!

Also, he's had lines like he was about to shed on his tail, face, and back legs for over a week and hasn't shed yet at all.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
