Getting a topic unlocked?

Is it at all possible to get your topic unlocked?I haven't been on for awhile, but would like to be able to use the thread for my baby Kaiser that I posted after I got him..Could that be done or do I need to make another thread for him? :(

There is actually a new feature of the report button.

You can report the first post of the topic that is locked, and select the option "Please unlock my auto-locked topic." A mod will get to it whenever they see the report.
