Is this a safe mix for super worm bedding?

Hello!

I’m receiving an order of 250 superworms soon and have been seeing online that oatmeal isn’t the best thing to use strictly as bedding. I know it’s safe but I’m also looking for them to get a little bit of nutrition from the bedding as well as feeding them carrots, potatoes, etc.
I saw this mix and everything seems to be okay besides the flaxseed which I was uncertain about. Does anyone know if this would be safe to use as bedding for the worms? I can also grind up the flakes so it’s more of a powder if the flakes are too big?
Thanks!

I dont see why not. However I've used oats for over a decade now and have never had any issues. The easiest substrate imo.

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
