Dovahh was on a diet of Dubia roaches with his previous owner. After a while of talking, my mom is going to allow me to get dubias for him! With dovahh being my only lizard, I'm not quite sure if breeding will truly be worth it, especially since he is a juvenile. He is showing signs of brumation, so I will hold off on ordering them. I also plan on cleaning out the BSFL feeding container and relocating them to the mini fridge. I would rather not spend the money on organic multigrain bread and baby food when I don't know how long Dovahh will be in brumation, so hopefully they can hold out until he wakes up.
When I am able to get the dubias, I plan on using mostly the rapshey's bug burger and water crystals. I've also got some of the Rainbow Mealworm bedding bran to mix in. I want to switch from BSFL to dubias as a main source of food, but I will keep them around. Will it be okay if I don't feed the BSFL? Like I said, his Dubias will be fed.
