Buffalo beetle larvae?

I have a pretty small Dubia colony, about 40 females, 20 males and I have a lot of buffalo beetles. I need to regulate the population and I will be cleaning my bin out more often Im wondering if I can just feed off the worms to my beardie so they don’t go to waste. I’d much rather let my beardie eat them if they are healthy than dispose of them differently. I’ve seen people feeding them to their beardies and I think they’re called “buffalo worms” but I don’t want to feed them to him unless I know they’re safe. Thanks for your help!!

Buffalo worms (aka lesser mealworm) are OK for Beardies but not a good staple feeder. Hope this helps! :)

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
