Superworm beetles won’t lay eggs?

I started breeding superworms like three months ago. I’ve got a pretty good setup (I think) with a beetle tank a worm tank and a pupating container. I’ve got about twenty beetles currently. My problem is that despite the fact that I’ve seen them breeding there are no eggs or worms. From the limited sources I’ve found they say you should start seeing worms in the beetle cage after about a month or two but I still have nothing. They tanks stay at about 70 degrees with a constant supply of fresh vegetables. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong?

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
