Feeding Dubias tortoise round pellets?

Hi, so my neighbor breeds chameleons and has a bit of a surplus of roaches in his colony and I conveniently need Dubias, and he feeds his colony with some tortoise pellets. But, I know that it’s important that you feed Dubias a low protein diet. Does anyone know if this tortoise feed is ok and low in protein?

I'm not sure which brand or exactly what the numbers are for the pellets but they are probably OK in limited amounts. I tend to try sticking to fresh veg scraps for my colony and they do pretty well with that. They especially love things like squash/pumpkin and occasional orange slices or banana. Those are nice and hydrating for them.
