Ok, so I have a dubia roach colony and today I found a hunchback juvenile roach.

When I picked it up, it wasn't moving so much but I could tell that it was still alive. One of its legs isn't working, and its stomach is fuller than normal. The obvious part here is that it had a hunch back! I tried to push it down to straighten it, but it went back to being hunched! It's almost like a bearded dragon with MBD! I also mentioned that it had a full stomach, so when I was trying to straighten it, some juice (poop?) Came out of its butt!! When I set it back down, it was kinda curling up.

I'm sorry if I hurt it, but this problem can hurt more of my roaches. Like, is it full of parasites? Which is why it didn't move so much, and his belly was full of something.

Or, is it impaction? Could it be a shed gone wrong? I have so many questions, but I don't want anymore roaches like this. Help would be appreciated.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
