Feeders question

I am looking into more things to feed Spike. She isn't very old, still a baby, and a little over 9 inches long now.

She turns her nose up at crickets and will only eat dubia roaches on RARE occasions so buying them is almost pointless. She is quite happy with her BSFL right now and that is about the only worm I buy her. The problem I am having is that I can normally only get a 200 count of them at a time as every site I found has limited quantities and she is going through them like crazy. Even the 'large' aren't all that big.

I was looking at Blue Bottle Fly Spikes (aren't all that big either). It says they contain 20% protein and only 6% fat. Anyone try them? Opinions on them?

Also butterworms.... the problem I am having is that I can only find places that sell 'jumbo' butterworms; stating that they are about 1.25" to 1.5". To me that seems a little too big to feed her, right?

Silkworms, too, but haven't found a site that has any in stock.

I am open to other feeders if anyone has any ideas.

Try symtonbsf for black solder fly larvae. They have good quality and will offer larger quantities. I can usually get silk worms in stock at coastal silkworms too. Those are both good options. I'd still keep some small crickets or dubia roaches on hand. Their moods and preferences change and since dubia roaches are easy to keep you could start a colony so you have a good staple bug on hand for when she wants them.

Oh! symtonbsf never popped up when I was searching for more places to purchase from!
And I will have to try coastal silkworms, too.
Thanks!

I still have over 200+ dubias just in case. :)

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
