Any one willing to share their roach chow recipe?

I just got a dubia roach colony up and running and bought a packet of roach chow off ebay. I want to try making some of my own. Any one have a good recipe that you are willing to share?

Discount produce firm the grocery store. Freeze the extras. If I get a bunch I'll blend it up and freeze the extra and thaw as needed for feed. havent dry in years

My colony also does well on produce. I add the leftover dragon salad at the end of every day, scrap kitchen veges (I cook a lot and have plenty) and sometimes a treat such as a whole banana or a whole squash or some orange slices. Plenty of variety from veges. Nice and hydrating.

I'm thinking about starting up my own dubia colony. Did you end up making your own chow, and if so, was it successful?
