For a hatchling about 1 month-6wks old:

I'd recommend
25 day old - 1/3 sized (small) crickets
small (1-1.5" long) silkworms
calcigents / bsf maggots (if you can get them)
... all these are very good staple feeder insects.

Black Soldier Fly larva seems like a hands down winner here.

You can get them for about $25 for 1,000 of them, and for a single lizard at that age I'd assume you probably will need to take about 50 of them out at a time and "feed" them on stuff like bread and tomatoes or baby food, etc. in a separate container, and keep the rest in their shipping material at about 65F.

You'll read some stuff that says to put the ones you re feeding on a heating pad, but honestly its not needed especially if your dragon is small anyway.

You're guy will probably eat between 4 and 8 of these a day depending on their size.

I think dubia is the easiest insect to keep

If you are even lazier, try bsfl, you just need to keep them in cups until finish

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
