These flies are very slow and easy to catch. Just hold one, and the dragon will take it before it flies too much. I've lost some with this way, but most got eaten.

Thanks so much! I hadn't messed with them too much specifically because I was worried about escapees, so I am glad to hear they're slow. One or two escapees wouldn't be too bad, I just don't want to have a swarm and my husband would not be happy if any of my insects started breeding out of containment.
