Feeding crickets spinach

I know spinach is a calcium binder for bearded dragons. I was wondering if it’s ok to feed the crickets spinach?

Sure they can eat it. I wouldnt use it as a staple food for them though.

I agree. I'd just include some other stuff to add variety as well. Things like squash (lots of different kinds) are great to offer since they are very hydrating (and cheap).
