hi everyone,

Boggle doesn't really use his cool end much - he used to chill out on his hammock sometimes but doesn't really bother anymore.

he runs up and down in the space but doesn't really hang out there at all.

i think i might try and make better use of the space and i'm thinking of building a couple of levels out of tile.

but what i'm stuck on is - what can i use to safely elevate tile off the viv floor?

essentially i want to create "legs" for an elevated tile shelf type thing in the corner.

any advice greatly appreciated!

blessings & love

ZaRDoZ has a basking tower constructed of bricks stacked 6 high.
They're heavy, stable, and there are 3 ways to stack them.
Patio/landscaping blocks
Blocks of dimension lumber would also work (2xs, 4xs...) Just seal them first, as they're usually softwood that may be toxic to beardies.

Sure, you could use something like those shelves; I guess it depends on whether aesthetics come into it, and your preferences.
