I just build the structure and should have read closely when I bought my silicone knowing I shouldn’t use mildew and mold resistant silicone .but silly me after a long day gettung everything i didnt double check and accidentally used that silicone . I’m going to grout and seal the grout with acrylic sealer . I should remove the other silicone ? Would it matter if I grout and seal the grout ? Please help

Are you going to seal the enclosure with Polyurethane? If you run that over the sealant it may protect it from moisture.
