Lil Greg is my beardie and I made him a burlap hammock.

Now I have a roll of burlap that I need to do more things with.

Thoughts?

Thanks y’all.

I'd be careful with burlap because the cells could catch his nails and cause injury, especially as he gets older. This is a similar issue to the plastic mesh hammocks that are sold at pet stores.

Fleece is a good material to work with. It doesn't have loops that can get caught up on nails, it is soft and comfortable, and it is durable & easy to clean. Fleece with metal eyelits hung from command hooks is a good way to go for a hammock. Squares of fleece make good blankets for them and piles of fleece scraps provide a good safe place for them to dig/burrow.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
