Had a slight issue with the grout, when it dried it lifted off the wood and cracked. I used a space blanket $5 Walmart, clear gorilla glue $5 Walmart, weather stripping $8 Walmart, $11 grout Lowe's, wood (approximate $21) Lowe's, tiles $8 per 8 pack(x3), screws $6 Lowe's, $4 Vent, and $20 Brinks flood light from Walmart. Some Lowe's will allow you to take the scrap wood that others leave behind for free which can help out a lot. Not counting the tools I purchased and the armouire I already had I spent about $104. All i need now is the roof and Plexiglas for the door and it will be complete.

Yeah definitely a good deal in terms of cost for a tank that size too! You may want to spring for some real glass for the doors as plexi may become scratched up easily and ruin the nice look of the rest of the cabinet. I'd also double check the angle of the ramp. It may just be the photo but it looks fairly steep. With high powered lighting it may not need to be so high up (guessing without the dimensions).

8709003599[/XIMG] last thing to do is put the roof on and some garnishing touches and it's done. Looking for more furniture to transform if anyone is interested.

Really nice. I like the feeding station. I'm doing something similar in mine. What are the plants you put in, and how are they doing?

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
