Hey all! So I was having a huge issue trying to keep my cat off of the top of my beardie's tank. I was so afraid of her falling through and injuring Charlie. so here's my solution:
I went to Home Depot and bought a sturdy piece of wood and had them cut it to my measurements. I made sure the lighting fixtures wouldn't touch It too. So when I got home I put the hinges on so I could easily access the tank and drilled a bunch of holes in it to make sure the air would still flow through while giving an extra barrier to keep the heat in. I'm going to monitor how Charlie does with it and keep an eye on the temperatures and I'll let you know!
