Wiring Thermostat

Can this 24v house thermostat be used for incubator? Can anyone describe the circuit route and how I would hook this up? All a work in progress but using a smaller (for now) Styrofoam cooler, 25w bulb, and small computer fan. What wires to what labels?

Probably .... but you'll need a sparky to do the wiring for you to be safe (from electrocution).
