Help sexing my uro???

Hi so i just got and egyptian uromastyx, and having trouble deciding if its make or female. I had already named it Jasper(boy name) cuz i though he was a boy. Not sure. Help???? Can someone post pics?? And another question, do female uromastyx have periods?
