Hi there, it doesn't look serious but you can apply Neosporin or raw unpasteurized honey to it and it should clear up. Avoid bathing unless she gets dirty from poo or something. If you use honey be sure there are no loose insects hiding anywhere in the tank [ like under or in the decor ] Sometimes a mesh hammock can snag + pull a nail so if you have one it may be what happened.
