We took our Beardie to the vet as a fecal test showed she had Coccida, the vet said there is no specific product in Australia used to treat Coccida for bearded dragons so instead they used one for pigs, it was a 5 day treatment, and he is still having diarrhea.

When she started getting the treatment, we put her in a tub and used a mixture of bleach and water onto her entire tank, we stripped the thing to the bone. It took 6 days before she pooped again, which was on the last day of the treatment, which we then scooped out.

Which meds were given? Ponazuril is a medication for horses that tends to work pretty well against Coccidia. Are you sanitizing everything well during treatment? With coccidia, you want to use steam, F10, or Ammonia to sanitize surfaces that come in contact with poop. Bleach is ineffective against it.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
