Panacur dosing using Panacur 22.2% granules

Hi, I work at a clinic where we only treat dogs and cats and I only have Panacur 22.2% granule powder at my disposal. How do I dose this and make a suspension to give to my bearded dragon? I would really appreciate if someone can help me out. Please! Thank you!
