Need dosage help please

I have 10% Fenbendazole/10%Metronidazole and want to dose both my beardies.
Today was weigh day so Spike is 5 months and 236 grams and Wilson is 3 months and 75 grams. Both have really stinky but well formed poo. Eating fine and acting good. I have not done a fecal on them.
