I read somewhere that you could give a little bit of Panacur twice a year to deworm as a preventative. Is this safe? :?:

Hello,

That is an excellent question & one that a lot of people ask.
Personally, I don't think there is anything wrong with that, ethically. However, sometimes deworming when it isn't necessary can do more harm than good.
I often recommend more natural products such as parazap.

I have 10% Fenbendazole/10% Metronidazole

Was going to worm my babies because there is no way in my immediate future of getting a fecal to the vet (I work 6am to 7pm). My oldest, 5 months, was a petsmart baby (healthy but smelly poops) and he is almost 300 grams. My baby, 3 months, is 80 grams.

What dosages?

Hello,

You can find Parazap online mostly. I have not seen it in any stores yet.

As far as dosing, Sherry, are you needing to medicate them now? I can help with dosing if you feel it is warranted.

Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
