Found pinworms in Puffs poop today. Got the panacur, but question the regimen vet gave for giving the meds. She said give for three days, then stop for three weeks, then give for three days again. I have looked and don't recall seeing any instance of waiting 3 weeks between treatments, does that sound right? Also, do I need to refridgerate the panacur? Next, timing of giving the meds and when to give the Acidiophilz, or if she needs it daily while on these meds? If anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it very much.
